Shipping and return policy
All orders are delivered via Canada Post unless chosen differently at the shipping method section. This may take 3-5 business days in normal condition. Orders within ON will arrive within a few days, anywhere else can take up to 7-14 days. All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international package may include extra customs fee that are to be paid by customer. Post time will be affected by the impact of Covid-19. Please set aside additional time during high volume seasons like Christmas.
Return & Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this product and business, we do not accept returns. However, we will look into cases where the product was damaged due to shipping process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen and unused, with the label, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are possible with receiving the wrong item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
